CARSO

Il 19 novembre 2015 60 Studenti italiani e sloveni si sono recati sul Carso per ammirare la casa carsica e apprendere usi e costumi della popolazione slovena di un tempo. Al grido di “Observe and preserve” i partecipanti hanno scattato foto ricordo cercando di fermare l’attimo fuggente della bellezza per poi trasferirlo a matita su un foglio bianco. L’identità passa attraverso esperienze significative e segni tangibili che rimangano in memoria.

On 19 November 2015 Italian and Slovenian students met in Carso to admire the Carsic traditional house and learn about the customs and traditions of the Slovenian people in the past centuries. Repeating the motto “ Observe and Preserve” the young participants shot pictures freezing the transient beauty of the moment with the intention to draw a picture at home in recollection of what experienced in the open air. Identity builds up through significant moments of being and meaningful traces in our living memory.
